Our expectations are that your product arrives with love and care so if it doesn't, we want to ensure your experience is not hindered by a difficult return policy.
CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE IF I DON’T LIKE IT?
If you have purchased your products online, you can organised a return or exchange on full price merchandise by contacting MOZI within 14 days of purchase by email (email@example.com) or phone (+61 3 9838 2480). MOZI does not offer change of mind returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
You must then return the merchandise to our distribution centre in its original condition with the proof or purchase within 21 days after contacting us at:

If you are returning merchandise from outside Australia, you should mark that it is a ‘return’ on the consignment note to avoid possible customs duties and taxes.
We recommend you take out insurance and track your return as MOZI will not be held responsible for any missing returns.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, MOZI will refund you the purchase price of the merchandise, less any shipping costs. Please allow 10 business days from the day you return the merchandise to MOZI for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you have purchased your products at a MOZI retail store and you have changed your mind, you can return or exchange full price merchandise to any MOZI store within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and you have a receipt.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
MOZI will gladly exchange or refund any faulty merchandise that we are notified of within a reasonable timeframe.
For online purchases, please email MOZI (firstname.lastname@example.org) with photographic evidence of the fault. MOZI will be in touch with you within 1-2 business days. Alternatively, call MOZI on +61 3 9838 2480. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase ready. If it is necessary to return the merchandise, MOZI will arrange for shipment at its cost.
Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method. Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
