how to order
step 1: adding items to your bag
Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information.
Select the quantity you would like to order and click on the "add" button.
If you want to add more items to your cart click the "continue shopping" button.
step 2: your shopping cart
To amend the quantity
- Change the number in the "Qty" box
- Select the "Change Qty" button.
- The cart will update your order.
To delete an item from your cart
- Change the quantity to zero (0) next to the item you wish to remove.
- Click the "Change Qty" button to update your order before proceeding to the checkout.
When you are happy with your selections, click the "Complete Order" button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.
step 3: checkout - contact & delivery details (secure area)
Our checkout will prompt you to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the "Next: Shipping Method" button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.
The next window will display your contact & delivery details in a secure area and you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.
step 4: confirm details
It is important that you confirm your order, then complete the payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the "Next: Payment Details" button.
Step 5: payment details
Complete your credit card details, ensuring that all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed. Click "Submit Order".
When we receive your order, we will send you an email and invoice with your order details attached. If there are any problems with your order please contact us on (03) 9885 9789.
deliveries / shipping
MOZI online orders incur a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95.
standard delivery within australia
Standard delivery for Australian orders is by Australia Post surface mail and generally takes 3-7 business days. Please note, your parcel must be signed for upon delivery so please nominate an address for shipping where you will be during business hours. We can ship to P.O. Boxes.
Standard delivery for International orders is by Air Mail and generally takes 7-14 business days. Standard delivery for New Zealand orders is by Australia Post air mail and generally takes 5-10 business days. Please note that international orders are not sent via registered post, i.e they cannot be tracked.

Your MOZI product has been made with love and we want you to love it just as much. If you are unhappy with your MOZI online product you can return it within 14 days provided it is in its original condition, with its original tags and accompanied by proof of purchase (your MOZI online invoice).
Please note shipping is at the customer's expense unless your item is deemed faulty. If you have received a faulty item please email email@example.com or call (03) 98 85 97 89 prior to returning. We recomend tracking your MOZI online returns as MOZI will not be responsible for any missing returns.

Or you can return your MOZI online product to any MOZI retail store. Please note that if you return products to MOZI retail stores your refund will take 72 hours to process.
